Our Partners spent 15 years building complex and intricately detailed homes in Los Angeles, Ca and are bringing every ounce of that experience, knowledge, and drive to our Austin projects. We believe that the built world is a beautiful space and that we should build that world with a moral obligation to people. Through our experience in construction, and education in design, we strive to place that purpose into every project we complete.

Joseph Moore, CEO:
Joseph has run Intension’s sister company in LA for 15 years and brings a level of clarity and detail to complex building systems that allows an ease of construction not often seen.

Brenda brings a degree in architecture to her running of the ICX business, ensuring we stay clear on our mission as we grow.
Damian Saavedra, Senior Project Manager:
Damian has been with Intension for 8 years and has managed some of our most complex jobsites with a passion and attention to detail that is crucial to our success.
Eduardo Juarez, Accounts Manager:
Eduardo has spent his entire professional career focusing on equity management and accounting for Intension. His understanding of construction, and how that relates to billing, accounting and cash flow is integral to Intension’s success.
